Limestone House Rebuilding

This home (ca 1865) in historic Sharon Springs, NY, had a rear wall that had bowed out 12"-16" from years of water damage. For twenty years, the homeowners searched in vain for a restoration mason who would take the challenge on. 'Olde Mohawk' removed the 200+ square feet of bowed wall and rebuilt it, including the reframing and installation of windows. Adjoining areas were repointed appropriately with an eye towards the preservation and longevity of the structure.
