Chestnut Hill Reservoir Water Works

This National Register structure was designed by Richardsonian architect Arthur Vinal in the 1880’s to deliver water to Victorian-era Bostonians.  One hundred, twenty years later the building was converted into multi-million dollar condominiums.  Numerous issues involving internal drains, built-in gutters, flat-lock copper roofs, and brownstone roofing nearly thwarted efforts to go on the market on schedule.  Olde Mohawk was brought in to solve a variety of water problems and stop the infiltration of precipitation— essentially solving problems created by the architect and several roofers.  When you have serious water problems you contact the professionals at Olde Mohawk at 877.622.8973.
