Albany Copper Replacement

This fine home was the guest house of the neighboring mansion, once the home of the Chancellor of the State University of New York system. The Vermont blend slate roof is in pristine condition, but the soft rolled copper flashings were beginning to failed. All copper flashings, snow slides, flat lock seam roofs, and details were meticulously replaced with new, 20 oz copper.
