William Worth Birthplace - Hudson, NY (ca 1810)

The childhood home of famed US General William Worth, for whom Ft Worth (TX) is named, was all but lost. The structural integrity of the timber framed roof structure was collapsing and irreperable. A new truss system was installed that also restored stability to the brick gable ends. A subtle cornice, copper-lined yankee gutters, and cedar shingle roof were installed, along with copper flashing details.
