Queen Anne Victorian - Brookline, MA

This stunning Queen Anne is truly one of a kind. Roxbury puddingstone walls and triple-arched porte de cochere, galleted stucco, and a red slate roof make her a true gem in Olmstead's famed 'Emerald Necklace' park system. Masonry joints were replicated with a matching lime putty mortar with raised bead, grapevine finish.  The NY red slate roof was meticulously restored as well.  Portions of deteriorated puddingstone were restored with Cathedral Stone Products JAHN restoration mortar.
